Major news for Cara Delevingne and her burgeoning acting career: She just landed the lead female role in the latest adaptation of a John Green book, Paper Towns.

Reported in Variety and confirmed on Twitter by Green himself, Delevingne will play Margo alongside actor Nat Woolf. Green's latest adaptation, The Fault in Our Stars, grossed $280 million worldwide — so a small time Fendi film this is not.

Never 4get. Never 4get.
We were maybe just a tiny bit skeptical until we read this part: "The two leads grow apart — until the night he finds her at his bedroom window, dressed like a ninja." Dressed like a ninja, you say? We would have hired Delevingne just to see her act out this scene alone.

Delevingne's previous acting experience includes a line-free role in Anna Karenina, a made for TV drama called Timeless, and is currently in talks for a Beach Boys movie. No word on what this means for her music career.
