Fast Retailing has responded to a recent report filed by a Hong Kong advocacy group claiming that Uniqlo factories in China and Japan are overworking employees in high-temperature rooms with poor ventilation and floors covered in sewage. Yukihiro Nitta, Fast Retailing's group executive officer responsible for corporate social responsibility, says that parts of the report are accurate and the company is investigating the factories in question. {WWD}
