Between the Tribeca Film Festival, Cinemacon and a press tours for "The Age of Adaline" and "The Avengers," this was a big week for Hollywood stars making red carpet appearances. For these particular events, the dress code was a little more casual than, say, an awards show or Cannes, and while plenty of actresses opted for the standard cocktail dress, more than usual took the opportunity to break out a chic jumpsuit.

What we learned is that there's a jumpsuit out there for every #aesthetic. Feeling minimalist? Go with Lake Bell's Lanvin. Bold? Elizabeth Banks's printed, solar plexus-reavling Kaelen is a cool choice. Want to be comfortable? Try perennial jumpsuit fan Maggie Gyllenhaal's looser-fit style. Tend to look good in whatever you put on? Rose Byrne's polka dot, wide-legged Zimmermann number is perfect. Jumpsuits may have been big last year, but if the red carpet has any influence on retail, their popularity shows no signs of slowing down for 2015. (Blake Lively has a floral one for sale on Preserve if you're into that.)

For all of the week's most successful jumpsuit and pants looks (we see you, Claire Danes, Emma Watson and Lindsey Wixson) check out the gallery below.
