Eberjey, international lingerie & swimwear brand, is looking for a dynamic PR & Marketing Assistant to facilitate print and digital media efforts from its Miami Headquarters.

Assist the PR & Marketing Manager in daily activities:

Public Relations

  • Communicate, build and maintain relationships with editors, bloggers, influencers and stylists
  • Develop and update press lists
  • Facilitate PR requests for product images, samples and trade show marketing requests
  • Strategic pitching and placement support on print and digital platforms for product, sample sales, special events
  • Track editorial and online press placements daily and communicate news and press clippings across social media platforms and to the corporate office/reps
  • Development of PR & Marketing strategy/calendar
  • Maintain brand communications and compose written material for retail & specialty stores, events, and press/interviews
  • Coordinate special PR-related events such as fashion shows, sample sales, pop-up events, and in-store special events for Eberjey Retail
  • Compile weekly activity reports
  • Oversee PR & Marketing interns
Marketing/Social Media

  • Coordinate marketing initiatives, including strategic partnerships and collaborations that drive brand awareness and sales
  • Coordinate social media content and calendar across all platforms including: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Yelp, and Google +
  • Monitor, engage, and respond to social media questions and comments across all channels
  • Report weekly analytics for social media platforms to track progress
  • Coordinate social media giveaways and track results monthly
  • Outreach to brands for potential partnerships
  • Stay current on trends, changes and news for all social media platforms
Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally spent working for a company/agency focused on women’s fashion or luxury lifestyle
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, organizational and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  •  Excellent social media skills
  • Experience working with Cision, Photoshop, Google Analytics, Hootsuite
