After putting on a show for his eponymous collection during New York Fashion Week and holding bicoastal premieres for his new documentary, Jeremy Scott headed to Milan to present his spring 2016 collection for Moschino. Never one for subtlety, Scott constructed a set that recalled, well, a construction site, which later transformed into a swirling, bubbling auto spa. The collection was filled with nods to these mundane aspects of daily life: fringed and feathered dresses that recalled a car wash and a feather duster, respectively; bags in the shapes of traffic cones, rearview mirror dice and caution signs; sexy versions of construction worker getups and a fragrance bottle shaped (and branded like) a household cleaner. Aside from that, Scott's requisite pop cultural obsession this season is the Powerpuff Girls, and the cutesy cartoons appeared on a number of vivid separates.
