Perhaps it's the recent arrival of fall, or the prevalence of eccentric European flair during the latter half of Fashion Month, but the style set clearly had a great time getting dressed for their various engagements this week.

With a number of films (like Anne Hathaway's "The Intern") in full-on press tour mode, actresses like Kristen Wiig and Sienna Miller took the red carpet by storm in a myriad of colorful, dramatic designs. In a week that could have become something of a post-Emmys slump, sky blue jumpsuits and metallic minidresses pleasantly mingled with structural midi gowns and satin slip dresses.

The front rows at both London and Milan Fashion Weeks maintained a similar aesthetic, too: Familiar faces ranging from Alexa Chung to Suki Waterhouse experimented with all-over ruffles, ribbons and everything in between. We would be remiss, of course, if we didn't spotlight One Direction's Harry Styles, who set aside his now-standard uniform of skinny jeans and baggy T-shirts in favor of a printed Gucci suit so fabulous, it nearly broke the Internet.
