Julia Roberts Goes Bright Blond Just In Time For The Oscars

Julia Roberts Goes Bright Blond Just In Time For The Oscars: Redhead no more! Just in time for the 86th annual Academy Awards this Sunday (March 2), Julia Roberts is a blonde.

On Friday (Feb. 21) photographers spotted the 46-year-old actress rocking her newly-dyed hair while she walked around Los Angeles looking comfy in a black sweatshirt and sweatpants combo paired with clogs.

Though the "August: Osage County" star has been a blonde in the past, we'd become quite used to Roberts' auburn tresses. No doubt the change is all part of her master plan to make sure she shines on the red carpet at the Oscars.

Jennifer Lawrence's Dior Ad Reminds Us Of A Young Leonardo DiCaprio

Jennifer Lawrence's Dior Ad Reminds Us Of A Young Leonardo DiCaprio: In the age of Jennifer Lawrence's omnipotence, another doppelganger has emerged: Leonardo DiCaprio from 1996.

The reveal comes courtesy of a new Dior ad, which shows Lawrence looking austere, beautiful and a lot like Jack Dawson. All that's missing is the bow of a big ship and some hackneyed king of the world reference. (The odds are in your favor that we won't jump at the chance to make one.)

Michelle Dockery Proves She Isn't Actually Lady Mary At The 'Non-Stop' Premiere

Michelle Dockery Proves She Isn't Actually Lady Mary At The 'Non-Stop' Premiere: Michelle Dockery shimmered on the red carpet Monday night (Feb. 24) at the premiere of her new flick "Non-Stop" in Los Angeles.

The 32-year-old actress proved she really isn't Lady Mary Josephine Crawley of "Downton Abbey" as she slipped into a curve-hugging Dior dress and Christian Louboutin shoes alongside her co-stars Liam Neeson, Julianne Moore and Lupita Nyong'o.

As for taking on the role as flight attendant Nancy in "Non-Stop" -- a thriller about an air marshal who springs into action after a passenger goes rogue -- Dockery admits fans will find it difficult at first to see her as anything but the fair-skinned, witty Lady Mary.

"She's a sweet character," Dockery told HuffPost U.K. of Nancy. "I think some people are becoming slightly wary of me. They think I’m going to be as intimidating as Lady Mary, so it does still surprise people. But it doesn’t take long."

"Non-Stop"' hits theaters Friday (Feb. 28).

10 Reasons Outlet Shopping Is The Best Shopping

10 Reasons Outlet Shopping Is The Best Shopping: We've had some gripes with outlet shopping in the past, but these days, when the weather has prevented us from doing pretty much anything outside, it's nice to know there are some things to look forward to -- more specifically, shopping outdoors.

But, there's more to love about outlets than their proximity to nature. In fact, there are plenty of reasons to pack up the car (or train!) and treat yourself to an outlet trip.

1. It's a one-stop shop.

From shoes to swimsuits to cookware, there's a store for pretty much anything you could possibly want or need. No need to make multiple stops.

2. You can fulfill your food court cravings.

image

Don't lie, we all get them. Every once in a while we just feel the need to indulge in a pretzel or hot dog, and with all the food offerings available at the outlets, you'll have plenty of opportunities to refuel.

3. They provide a great workout!

image

Feeling full from that pretzel? Not to worry. These places are freaking huge, which equals tons of walking. Plus, shopping is excellent cardio and holding heavy bags is pretty much like weight lifting ... right?

4. Clearance sales on outlet items = mega savings.

There are sales. Then there are clearance sales. Then there are outlet store clearance sales. $20 Marc by Marc Jacobs jeans, anyone?

5. You get a breath of fresh air.

image

After this brutal winter, everyone has spring on the brain. What better way to celebrate warm weather than to SHOP IN IT?

6. They're pretty much everywhere

There are 65 outlet locations in the United States, so, chances are, there's an outlet near to where you are RIGHT NOW. Plus, many are accessible by public transportation, meaning even you city dwellers have a chance to score some great deals.

7. Going to one is like a mini vacation.

car animated gif on Giphy

Feel like getting away for the day? Why not use that as an excuse to stock up on spring essentials?

8. Designer brands at a discount = quality clothing.

Sure, you could get cheap clothes elsewhere, but you can't fake quality. At an outlet, the prices are comparable to those at cheaper stores but are better made.

9. Options, options, options.

Can't find something you like at J. Crew? No sweat. Just head over to one of 5 billion other stores. You'll eventually find something.

10. It can be a fun challenge.

Hear us out: Searching for a great deal is extremely satisfying -- and can become something of a treasure hunt. There's no better feeling than knowing you got the best possible deal. Finding it is half the fun!

Click here to find the outlet center closest to you & happy shopping!

FASHION NEWS Southern Chic at SCAD

Southern Chic at SCAD: Nestled amongst Victorian architecture and charming cobblestone streets of the oldest city in Georgia, Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) is truly a hidden gem of the south, bursting with diverse culture and remarkable style. The privately owned college was founded in 1978 and today has grown to offer 40 majors and 60 minors in large variety creative fields.

With everything from fashion design, to illustration, to architecture, SCAD fosters a collaborative environment, inspiring the next generation of creative professionals. The college as a whole is relatively small with a student body of 11,000, from all 50 states and more than 100 countries, spread out over four campuses in Savannah, Atlanta, Hong Kong and Lacoste. Savannah students and locals enjoy an abundance of art galleries, coffee shops, Irish pubs, boutique shopping and the annual SCAD fashion show.

Savannah, once considered a strategic port city on the east coast, is situated along the Savannah River. The city is one of the largest National Historic Landmark Districts in the United States, so it's no surprise that SCAD shares this belief and strives to be a shining example of historic preservation. As a result, SCAD lacks a definitive "campus," instead camouflaging itself amongst existing buildings throughout the city. Residents also get to experience above-average temperatures about 75 percent of the year with Tybee Island beach only a 20-minute drive away. Grand rows of arching trees dripping in Spanish moss, set against a background of historical buildings, conjures an unshakeable feeling of nostalgia and awe. Southern practice dictates a slower pace of life that is mirrored in an observable comfort, ease and overall not-too-serious attitude towards fashion.

This Fashionista's approach to styling is a perfect representation of the kind of elegant nonchalance that characterizes students at SCAD. With such a diverse assortment of cultural backgrounds and points of view, giving an exact definition of SCAD style proves difficult. When asked if she associated Savannah with a specific style or attitude, this Fashionista noted, "The people elude a creative and open approach to life making it very easy to fit in." Indeed, the factor uniting most students at SCAD is a desire for personal expression and a general fearlessness when it comes to breaking the mold.

This SCAD Fashionista, Perri Rothenberg, filled me in on her ideas towards Savannah style. Her ethnic-inspired frock incorporates Savannah's fusion of foreign culture and laid-back outlook. A high-low hemline, paired with delicate floral embroidery, gives the black dress a feminine appeal. On describing her personal style, Rothenberg portrays herself as someone who is "casually overdressed."

I was always told: 'You never know whom you will run into one day,' and I couldn't agree more. I find myself attracted to neutral basics, but will pair jeans and an oversized t-shirt with a great handbag and heeled sandal to dress things up a bit. I find the details to be the most important aspect of an aesthetically pleasing outfit.

This attention to detail is echoed in her unique choice of accessories. A textured brown belt cinched at the waist gives the flowing dress a fit-and-flare silhouette. Personalized arm candy, including a jade bangle, silver watch, monogrammed charms and gold cuff are layered, establishing an eclectic aesthetic. Her straw sun hat is essential for proving shade from harsh Savannah sunshine. A closer look at Rothenberg's sandals reveals more remarkable detail through laser-cut leather, a stacked wood platform heel and luminous gold sole's.

Although she doesn't believe her style has changed drastically since her humble beginnings as a freshman at SCAD, Rothenberg notes that she feels more aware and inspired by the people surrounding her:

One of my favorite things about attending a creative university is the drastic diversity of its students. In most university settings, students are exposed to personalities similar to their own, leading to a narrow assortment of styles. Let's just say four years ago you would have never seen me in leopard print loafers with purple digitally printed pants, and today I call that a normal Monday morning.

This creative community with a growing passion to experiment with different styles and influences has given SCAD students a clear incentive to innovate, defining a new icon of contemporary fashion among college students nationwide. The future of fashion starts when an individual decides to step outside of the norm and challenge the existing ideals of today's fashion industry. Here at SCAD, students are well on their way to doing just that.

Lea Michele Poses In Sexy V Magazine Shoot, Embraces Her 'Grandma' Nickname (PHOTOS)

Lea Michele Poses In Sexy V Magazine Shoot, Embraces Her 'Grandma' Nickname (PHOTOS): Lea Michele is one sexy "grandma."

In V Magazine's upcoming Music Issue, the "Glee" star and singer shows some skin in a spread unsurprisingly shot by Terry Richardson. After she revealed some stills from the shoot via Instagram, we couldn't wait to see the photos on the glossy's pages.

While the spread is pretty noteworthy itself, in her interview, Michele brought up some personal feelings about her album and Cory Monteith's death. But, she also got the chance to show off her humorous and powerful sides, which just makes us love her even more.

When talking about her image, especially the "goody good" one projected by her "Glee" character, Rachel, Michele mentions her interesting nickname amongst her friends.

"My friends call me Grandma, but like, Grandma’s killing it right now. I’m pretty sure Grandma nailed it in a half-naked Terry Richardson shoot, okay? So I’m fine with it. I just do my thing. I do what’s best for me. That’s it."

Now THAT'S a mantra we can connect with.

Read more of Ms. Michele's interview in V88: The Music Issue, available here and on newsstands February 27. Catch a glimpse of the steamy spread below.

Sofia Vergara Wears Colorful Cutout Swimsuit For 'Modern Family' Filming: Sofia Vergara is staying cool while filming Down Under.

Vergara slipped into a neon, cutout swimsuit and a purple maxi skirt while on set in Sydney, Australia, for "Modern Family." The 41-year-old looked gorgeous on the windy beach and covered up with a printed scarf when it was too chilly.

In January, ABC announced the "Modern Family" cast would be flying to Australia two film for two weeks.

"We are so excited about our trip down under and we promise not to do any 'down under' jokes," show creator Steve Levitan said in a statement, according to CBS. Kendall And Kylie Jenner Cover Marie Claire Mexico

Kendall And Kylie Jenner Cover Marie Claire Mexico: Kendall and Kylie Jenner have made a lot of headlines the past couple of weeks. With Kendall's recent ventures down the runway, and the pair's new Steve Madden collection, these girls are working the style circuit -- ALL around the world.

So we weren't surprised to see that the Jenner sisters posed for the cover of Marie Claire Mexico, with sleek black hair, popping red lips and baroque-like floral outfits for the March 2014 issue. Throughout the feature, they discuss their different career directions -- Kendall in modeling and Kylie in acting or designing -- and talk about their very public lives. As Kylie admits that she "can't imagine" life without "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," the girls say they consider their audience when presenting themselves.

"Sometimes we have to take a step back and realize that with the opportunities we have, we also have a lot of power to change things," says Kylie. "Sometimes we can complain about the paparazzi and about being so public, but I think we have realized that there is just so much that we could do and that we definitely wanna pursue."

Between the sisters' gorgeous cover and rumors of sister Kim Kardashian appearing on the cover of Vogue, we're now taking bets as to which reality sibling will land the coveted spot first.

Britney Spears Is Now A Redhead

Britney Spears Is Now A Redhead: Britney Spears is a redhead now, y'all.

Spears debuted fiery red locks on stage at her "Piece of Me" show in Las Vegas on Wednesday (Feb. 19), Us Weekly noted. She also sported the red hair for a meet-and-greet with fans.

This is the second hair change-up in just over a week for the superstar songstress. On Feb. 9, she debuted her brunette 'do in a photo on Instagram. Prior to that, she had been rocking bright blond locks.

It's not the first time Spears has gone red. The 32-year-old wore red wigs in the music videos for both "Womanizer" and "Toxic."

There Were Plenty Of Eye-Catching Looks On This Week's Best-Dressed List

There Were Plenty Of Eye-Catching Looks On This Week's Best-Dressed List: Classic silhouettes, killer accessories and (tasteful) head-to-toe sparkles are always shoe-ins for our best-dressed list, and that's just what some of our favorite celebs served up this week.

We loved Angelia Jolie's take on menswear and adored Emma Watson's modern mini dress. But our favorite look of the week belonged to the lovely Lupita Nyong'o, who wowed in an emerald green Christian Dior gown at that the 2014 BAFTAs and keeps validating her fashion "It" girl status.

Check out the ladies who made our best-dressed list this week and tell us if you agree!

Lupita Nyong'o in Christian Dior

lupita nyongo

Lupita's sensational style streak continues! The actress wowed in a strapless green gown that she expertly accessorized with matching gold cuffs and a gold metal belt. Superhero chic!

Iggy Azeala in Elie Saab

iggy azeala

Iggy cleans up well! While her stage attire can skew more "hoochie mama" this look is giving us clean and classy.

Angelia Jolie in Saint Laurent

angleina jolie

Angie can definitely heat up the red carpet, but she always knows how to play it cool. The stunning actress took a page from the boys and rocked a relaxed tux look that could give even the prettiest gowns a run for their money.

Beyoncé in Vrettos Vrettakos

beyonce

Covering Beyoncé's killer bod in a million crystals is always a win in our book.

Emma Watson in Giambattista Valli

emma watson

This dress, with its ginormous box skirt, could have easily landed Emma on our worst-dressed list. However, the actress pulled off the look like a pro thanks to simple styling (makeup included).

Nina Agdal Sizzles In New Carl's Jr. Commercial

Nina Agdal Sizzles In New Carl's Jr. Commercial: Nina Agdal is on fire!

The sexy model is making headlines everywhere as one of three cover girls for the 50th anniversary Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, and she's the star of the new Carl's Jr. and Hardee's ad.

In a clip released Friday (Feb. 21), the 21-year-old beauty is seen rising from the sea in a gold bikini bottom and a wet, white tank top, biting into a codfish sandwich.

This is Agdal's second commercial for the burger chain. In February of 2013, right in time for the Super Bowl, Agdal followed in the footsteps of Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton and Kate Upton and starred in her very own finger-licking commercial.

The Danish supermodel told Allure magazine at the time that she "went through around 50 sandwiches that day, if not more! But I still ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner."

7 Ways To Tell If You're Actually A Princess

7 Ways To Tell If You're Actually A Princess: Think you can't spot a princess from a mile away? Think again.

There are plenty of ways to pick out a royal, whether she be a princess, queen or duchess, simply by taking one look at her outfit. Yup, there's an unofficial criteria to getting dressed each morning that separates us plebes from princesses -- in fact, some of you non-royals may just fall into many of these categories, too. Herewith, seven ways to tell if you're actually a princess.*

1. When you wear something, everyone wants it, too.

2. You rock nude pantyhose.

4. You don't go to the salon for blowouts, the blowouts come to you.

5. Your closet is filled with matchy-matchy monochromatic outfits -- hey, solids are classic.

6. Everyone's in shock when you wear jeans.

7. Your haircuts are major.

Kate Middleton (who stopped the presses with her "bangs") and Princess Charlene of Monaco (who gave us the most surprising princess haircut ever)

*We're using the term "princess" to include queens who used to be princesses, too (though it's worth noting that Kate Middleton is, in fact, Princess William of Wales).

Celebrities In Smoldering Eye Makeup Top This Week's Best & Worst Beauty List (PHOTOS)

Celebrities In Smoldering Eye Makeup Top This Week's Best & Worst Beauty List (PHOTOS): The stars who topped this week's best beauty list were wearing the always-popular smokey eye. But it was the confidence they exuded that really made their smoldering gazes catch our attention.

Rita Ora sported emerald green eyeshadow that popped against her blonde locks, and we've never seen navy rimmed-lids as stunning as that of Léa Seydoux's. And Cara Delevingne got glam with hazy brown eye makeup that complemented her bold brows.

See these smoldering eye makeup looks below (plus more standout beauty).

BEST: Rita Ora

rita ora

Rita redeemed herself after landing on our worst beauty list last week with her tousled blonde locks, green smokey eye and nude lips. We love how she added a touch of glimmer to the inner corners of her eyes with gold shadow.

BEST: Léa Seydoux

lea seydoux

If blue is the warmest color, then navy must be the sexiest shade. The French actress channels old Hollywood with her retro waves, smokey eyes, rosy cheeks and pale pink lips. Perfection!

BEST: Cara Delevingne

cara delevingne

Cara may be known for her tomboy style, but the girl sure does clean up nice. Her side-swept waves, bold brows, brown eyeshadow and beige lipstick make for a effortlessly beautiful look.

BEST: Naomie Harris

naomie harris

Our crush on this Bond girl just keeps getting stronger and stronger every time she steps out rocking a sleek and easy hairstyle and that glossy pout.

BEST: Xinyuan Zhang

xinyuan zhang

Between the Chinese actress' slick hairdo, her luminous complexion and that matchy-matchy burnt orange lipstick, w can't decide what we love most.

WORST: Lily Collins

lily collins

Considering boyish brows are having a major moment, we're going to give Lily's bushy eyebrows a pass. But the starlet's unkempt hair and dark red lipstick does nothing for her gorgeous features.

WORST: Noomi Rapace

noomi rapace

Noomi's grayish-blue tinged hair is super cool, but the face powder that looks like it wasn't blended well is super bad.

WORST: Molly Sims

molly sims

We're huge supporters of taking hair risks, but Molly's transformation from a blonde to a redhead leaves us scratching our heads. The brassy hair color makes her look like she has a really awful sunburn.

WORST: Lily Allen

lily allen

Sure, the singer was on the outrageous Brit Awards red carpet, but that is absolutely no excuse for this dip-dye ponytail disaster. And matching her eye makeup to the two tones looks childish.

WORST: Jessie J

jessie j

We prefer to accentuate the positive whenever possible, but there really isn't anything nice to say about Jessie J's mermaid black wig, muddled bronzer and lilac lipstick.
