Dior's fall 2015 collection settled it: Car wash skirts are definitely a thing. An offshoot of the currently universal fringe trend, perhaps? Maybe, but at least these dresses and skirts leave a better chance of staying neat and tidy. It's a clever way to show some leg without fully committing to a thigh-bearing look, while also offering a nice change from the typical thigh-high slit.
