Chrissy Teigen Goes For the It Cut of the Season:





For some, April signifies the start of spring cleaning season— a time to freshen up in the face of rising temperatures by tossing out the old and, if you’re lucky, ushering in the new.  But for others, the start of the season incites a desire to freshen up another aspect of our style: our hair.  Whether it’s a new coat of highlights, or a clean chop, there’s something about spring that sparks a desire for bold change, and it appears we’re not the only ones feeling it.

Just in time for the premiere of her new celebrity game show, Lip Sync Battle, Chrissy Teigen has decided to give this season’s It cut a go, opting for a textured lob not unlike the one Rosie Huntington-Whiteley debuted earlier this year.  Judging by her latest street style photos, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model appears to have shed several inches of her long, sun-kissed tresses in favor of a blunt, shoulder-length cut featuring lots of piece-y layers— a look that’s taken her from bikini babe to style star seemingly overnight. Best of all, it’s deconstructed style frames the face, making it a flattering option for everyone (model or not).
