In news that will surprise absolutely no one, controversial Disney star Miley Cyrus was caught drinking a bottled beer in a Spanish nightclub on Thursday night — even though at 17, the soon-to-be former Hannah Montana actress is legally underage. 
On Thursday night, Miley — who is in Madrid for the unveiling of her wax likeness at the local Wax Museum (Yep, that's the creature you see photographed above — was snapped in a tank top surrounded by men and clutching a Corona as clubgoers danced wildly nearby. Though the drinking age in Spain is 18, enforcement can be spotty we hear. Most bars do not card patrons who appear to be near the age threshold.
In other Miley News, on the heels of the news that Miley Cyrus' parents –- Billy Ray and Tish –-are divorcing, Miley also finds herself a single gal again. Miley and her on-again/off-again beau, Liam Hemsworth, have split for the second time in three months.
"Their on- and off-again relationship is currently off," according to PEOPLE.
