What do we think of Lady Gaga at this point? Love her or hate her. She’s got the Forbes power rank of #4 under Musicians category holding approx $62.0 million. She is the highest ranked social media celebrity from most followers on Twitter to most fans on Facebook.

Let us not forget that she is a newcomer to the Celebrity 100. She broke down the door with a kick, getting fame with ridiculous outfits and incredible videos including one that featured both her and Beyonce poisoning their boyfriends.

Gaga is also a marketer’s dream, teaming up with Polaroid, Virgin Mobile, Monster Cable and Viva Glam.

For the Spring Summer 2011 issue of i-D Magazine Lady Gaga appears with her new implants which she introduced during the 2011 GRAMMY Awards. They are “her new marks”, she has “skin colored prosthetics on her face” giving the appearance they were implanted under the skin, either way – it’s not a good look for her. It is artistic, we’ll give her that.
