Selena Gomez spoke in a recent interview about how she retains creative control over her career when it comes to her music and which songs are put out as singles and which songs make it onto her albums. We love that Selena does this, since it makes her music more “her” and less generic. Selena also says during the interview that as much control as she has over her career, her mom is still her boss! Rumors are flying online about the possible name of Justin Bieber’s next studio album. We know that Justin has been working on new music for a while now, and that he plans on releasing his new CD sometime this year, however we’re not 100% sure about the title of the album. While Justin hasn’t told his fans the title, he may have hinted to it in one of his recent Tweets about his music:
Been working on new music…this next album is gonna be best so far. #BELIEVE.
Many people think that “#BELIEVE” may hint to the title of Justin’s new album, “Believe.” What do you think?

Well, not addicted per say, but just much more likely to learn about Justin Bieber online rather than in magazines. This seems to be the case after the Audit Bureau of Circulations released the numbers for Justin Bieber’s Vanity Fair issue, which as it turns out only sold 246,000 copies. This is the lowest-selling issue of the magazine in 12 years – yikes!
Also, Justin’s issue of Teen Vogue magazine from October 2010 sold 12% fewer copies than the average issue the magazine puts out.
We all know that Justin continues to get more and more popular every day. So, the only reason we can think of for these poor magazine sales is the fact that many Beliebers spend their time online and don’t need to buy magazines to get their Justin fix. Also, these magazines put out the photos from their shoots online and often even publish the articles – so there’s really no need to buy the physical magazine issue if you only want to read about the person on the cover.

After spending over $700 at the Flying Point Surf and Sports store in New York, Justin Bieber and his girlfriend Selena Gomez went to get ice cream at the Candy Kitchen nearby, but when he went to pay Justin realized he didn’t have any cash! An onlooker – and most likely a fan of the pair – lent Justin the money for the treats.
Here’s what a salesperson at Candy Kitchen revealed to Hollywood Life about Justin and Selena:
They were both really sweet, especially Selena. Justin kept calling Selena ‘babe’ and she had some nickname for him too, but I was too overwhelmed to remember what it was. But it was something really cute.

Selena Gomez revealed to the Associated Press that she works hard to keep a balance in her life between being famous and being a normal teen, and she does this by the people she spends her time with. Selena is friends with people both in the business and outside of the business, and she says that helps!
Personally for me, I feel like it’s good to have a balance of both. I have people in my life that are in the business and then I have friends who aren’t in the business and family, so it’s nice to kind of keep that. You want people that obviously understand what you’re going through and then you also want people that’s like, `Let’s not talk about sets or press or any of that, let’s just talk about normal things.’ Your life definitely changes a little bit and you kind of think people’s motives change towards you. Just got to be careful – that’s all.
Selena always seems to levelheaded about all of the decisions in her life!

Selena Gomez has uploaded all of her songs from her new album “When The Sun Goes Down” onto YouTube. This is the third album to be released from Selena and her band The Scene. In addition to the songs all being online, there are also videos of Selena discussing each of the tracks.

Justin Bieber wore some seriously bright red sneakers to the promotional event that was held at Macy’s in New York City for his new fragrance “Someday.” The event took place on June 23rd and not only did Justin pose for photographs and talk a bit about his new perfume, he also met with a bunch of his fans and took photos and signed autographs.

Selena Gomez knows that she is going to be pranked on her tour this summer! Between Selena’s band The Scene and her opening act Allstar Weekend, Selena is surrounded by guys this summer and she knows that she should just be prepared to have pranks played on her. Selena doesn’t plan on pranking anyone herself though, which we wish she would reconsider! We think Selena could play some awesome pranks on her tour mates since nobody would be expecting it! Nicole Anderson has uploaded a beautiful new Twitter profile picture! The star from “JONAS L.A.,” “Mean Girls 2″ and “Make It Or Break It” has been busy filming for a new movie called “Red Line,” in which she plays the character Tori. The movie is set to release later this year, and we can’t wait to see it!

Justin Bieber attended the 2011 MuchMusic Video awards on June 19th in Toronto, Canada. The show was hosted by Justin’s girlfriend, Selena Gomez, who presented the rising pop star with an award for International Video of the Year.
Justin walked the red carpet at the event showing off his ever changing style. Justin sported a T-shirt with the character Kelly Kapowski from “Saved By The Bell” on it. The character was played by actress Tiffani Thiessen. What do you think of Justin’s MuchMusic Video Awards style?
Selena Gomez made a stop in Dallas, Texas on her “Monte Carlo” mall tour, which is promoting her new movie set to release to theaters on July 1st. While on the tour Selena is also promoting her new music with her band The Scene, which works out well since the group is going on tour this summer as well as releasing a brand new album titled “When The Sun Goes Down.”

The 2011 MuchMusic Video Awards were held last night and Selena Gomez co-hosted the show. Selena ended up presenting the MuchMusic Video Award for International Video of the Year to her boyfriend Justin Bieber and to Drake, and their interaction on stage was really cute! Justin walked up to Selena and shook her hand, saying it was nice to meet her and that maybe they could go out sometime – haha! You can watch the interaction in the video below.

A man in his 40′s was apparently super excited to get a glimpse of Justin Bieber during his promotional event today at the Macy’s in Herald Square in New York City. Justin was at the location in NY promoting his fragrance “Someday” and hundreds of fans showed up to see Justin. However, only one of those fans thought it would be a good idea to hop over a police barricade to get closer to Justin, which ended up causing the pop star minor injuries.
The fan was taken into custody and cited for disorderly conduct. Justin has yet to comment on the incident. We’ll keep you posted.
