Justin Bieber and Mariah YeaterJustin Bieber will take a DNA test in two weeks when he returns to the United States to prove he is not Mariah Yeater's baby daddy -- and after that, Justin and his team are going after her in court ... sources directly connected with Justin tell TMZ. Justin is in Europe now so he can't take the test until he returns ... but he is determined to put an end to what he says is a bogus scandal. Our sources say Justin's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, contacted Yeater's attorneys Friday and conveyed the DNA test WILL happen. We're told Justin and his team are so serious ... they directed Weitzman to find a lab to do the test and Weitzman has already selected one. Once the test shows Justin is not the daddy, Justin and his team will sue her. We're told Yeater's lawyers appeared "nervous" when they heard the news. This may explain why Yeater's lawyers went underground yesterday and did not return TMZ's calls. Sources say Bieber and his team think it's important to file a lawsuit against Yeater to show there are consequences when somebody trumps up phony, hurtful allegations against a celebrity. Permalink

The LAPD got a search warrant against someone who was after Caitlin Beadles -- Justin Bieber's former GF ... someone who wanted to skin her alive ... and the perp is a 14-year-old girl.

According to the warrant -- obtained by TMZ -- someone went on tumblr.com, a social media website, using the name KILLSGANDCB -- we're guessing it means kill Selena Gomez and Caitlin Beadles. The perp said she was going to "murder" Beadles and had cameras trained on her 24/7, ominously promising the victim won't know what's coming until she "wakes up on the other side of her bed with a knife."

TMZ has learned ... the suspect is a 14-year-old girl who lives in Kentucky who is developmentally disabled. We're told LAPD detectives contacted her mother, who is now closely monitoring her Internet activities.

Meanwhile, Selena's alleged stalker, Thomas Brodnicki, remains in jail on felony stalking charges and cops say he's a real threat to her.

Justin Bieber's baby mama has dismissed her paternity lawsuit against the singer ... TMZ has learned.

The suit was quietly dismissed late last week. What's more, Mariah Yeater's lawyers, Lance Rogers and Matt Pare, have quit her ... withdrawn from the case.

As we first reported, Justin not only planned to take a DNA test when he returned to the U.S., he was going to sue Yeater and her lawyers for making a bogus claim. And, as we reported, Justin's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, called the attorneys and informed them a suit was looming.

Apparently, they got the message.

If Mariah Yeater thinks she's dodged the Justin Bieber lawsuit bullet by dismissing her paternity lawsuit, she needs to do some re-thinking.

TMZ broke the story, Yeater dismissed the suit last Thursday, after Justin and his team made it clear ... they were going to sue Yeater and her lawyers for filing a malicious claim.

Despite the fact that Yeater's claim has now been dismissed and the 2 lawyers who filed it have quit, Justin is not backing down from his threat.

The singer's publicist, Matthew Hiltzik, tells TMZ, "We intend to still hold them accountable."

As we first reported, Justin and his team wanted to go after Yeater and the lawyers to set an example that people who file baseless claims against celebs do so at their own peril.

Mariah Yeater -- Justin Bieber's alleged baby mama -- will submit her baby for DNA testing ... this according to her legal team.

Attorney Jeffrey Leving tells TMZ ... his client is NOT avoiding the DNA test, and can't wait to compare baby Tristyn's DNA with Justin Bieber's.

But Leving says he DOES have a big problem with the DNA test Justin has already taken, because a member of Yeater's team was not present while it was administered and he has no idea if the test was done using proper controls.

Although members of Justin's team have told TMZ Yeater and her team had gone radio silent since Justin took the test on Friday, Leving says his co-counsel has been in touch with Justin's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, Monday and Tuesday. Leving says he hopes both sides will reach an agreement on a DNA protocol.

Weitzman could not be reached for comment.

Justin Bieber taped a segment with David Letterman yesterday -- where the two teamed up to TRASH his alleged baby mama ... with Justin telling Dave, "I could smell a weasel, too."

Bieber proceeded to tell Letterman all about the process of supplying DNA for the paternity test -- saying, "Yeah, I took it ... They just swab your mouth."

Now, it's up to his alleged baby mama Mariah Yeater to supply her kid's DNA for comparison -- but Justin's not confident it will be a match ... telling Letterman, "I could smell a weasel."

As TMZ first reported, Yeater's lawyer insists she will gladly offer up her baby for DNA testing.

Between his Christmas CD “Under The Mistletoe” coming out and the wild rumors that he is a father Justin has received a lot of media attention the last couple of days. It’s no wonder that his follower numbers on the social network have jumped.
