Her rank improved to #29 in 2009. ==Early life== Cyrus was born in Nashville, Tennessee on November 23, 1992 to Leticia "Tish" (née Finley) and country singer Billy Ray Cyrus. Cyrus has five siblings. Her elder siblings Trace and Brandi Cyrus are Tish's children from a previous relationship, whom Billy Ray adopted when they were very young. Trace is a vocalist and guitarist for the electronic pop band Metro Station, while Brandi has played guitar for Cyrus's concerts and formed a band with The Secret Life of the American Teenager star Megan Park. Cyrus also has an older half-brother, Christopher Cody, from her father's previous relationship, as well as a younger brother, Braison, and a younger sister, Noah, who is also an actress. Cyrus suffers from a mild form of a heart condition called tachycardia. In her autobiography, Miles to Go, Cyrus writes, "There is never a time onstage when I'm not thinking about my heart". In January 2008, Cyrus announced her intent to officially change her name to "Miley Ray Cyrus," her middle name reflecting that of her father. The name change became official on May 1, 2008. In an interview with USA Today, Cyrus was quoted as saying her faith is "the main thing" and is the reason why she works in Hollywood. The photo, and subsequently released behind-the-scenes photos, show Cyrus with her bare back exposed but her front covered with a bedsheet. The photoshoot was taken by photographer Annie Leibovitz. The full photograph was published with an accompanying story on The New York Times' website on April 27, 2008. On April 29, 2008, The New York Times clarified that though the pictures left an impression that she was bare-breasted, Cyrus was wrapped in a bedsheet and was actually not topless. Some parents expressed outrage at the nature of the photograph, which a Disney spokesperson described as "a situation that was created to deliberately manipulate a 15-year-old in order to sell magazines." And last night, the “Baby” singer came down with quite the bug and had to leave the stage at his concert in the Philippines to vomit several times.




Sources close to Justin told TMZ that the teen sensation was sick with some kind of chest infection last week - and when he hit the stage last night in Manila he clearly wasn’t feeling well.




He even tweeted before the show, “Sick as a a dog… But the show must go on.”

During her interview with DeGeneres, Taylor explained that unlike other celebrities, she doesn’t get frazzled with paparazzi attention.




'I think it's just obnoxious if I complain about anything. I hear people talk about like, 'oh, the intrusions on my privacy!' It's like, there are a million other jobs you could have had.'




As for dating, 'I've just come to an acceptance of the fact, this is my life. If somebody wants to hide a relationship or has privacy issues then we don't have the same viewpoint. For me, it's just like live your life. If people happen to take picture then you know, you laugh about it in the car afterwards.'

When 'Extra' asked about the meaning of the new mark, Angelina told, 'Well if they know that it's latitude and longitude they would have figured out quickly that it was Brad's birthplace. It's Shawnee, Oklahoma.'

Miss Wall had written a letter to the White House asking President Barack Obama to help her meet Bieber, whom she credits with helping her overcome the tragedy.




And while New York magazine claimed, “Obama Makes Another Promise He Won’t Be Able to Keep,” Justin tweeted, “I think you’re wrong [New York magazine]. Pretty sure President @BarackObama will keep this promise.”

In VS model news, Miss Kerr recently sat down with Conan O’Brien and chatted about her child labor that lasted over 27 hours.




She said the birthing process involved no medication and she did not permit husband Orlando Bloom to use the bathroom. “I made him pee in a bottle,” Miranda explained, noting that Bloom never left her side during the process.




To this, O'Brien teased, “That seems extreme.”

Zac Efron, Matthew McConaughey, Tobey Maguire, and Sofia Vergara have all signed on for the film adaptation of Pete Dexter’s novel.




Lee Daniels, who received an Oscar nomination for “Precious” will direct the thriller based on the 1995 novel, which centers around a Miami Times reporter who investigates the imprisonment of a death row inmate.




Word has it, filming will begin this summer.

We are SO excited for the new episode of “Modern Family” airing tonight on ABC titled “Good Cop Bad Dog.” In the episode Phil and Claire swap parenting roles for the day – with Claire being the good cop and Phil becoming the bad cop. How will the kids handle this change?











Also in the episode, Gloria takes in every sob story and stray she comes across while Jay finds himself giving out business advice to an overzealous entrepreneur, played by Lin-Manuel Miranda, about his dog training business scheme.







In addition, Cameron has the flu and Mitchel has to decide whether to take care of him or go to a Lady Gaga concert. Uh oh!

Sometimes we wonder why Miley doesn’t take all of the money she has made and move somewhere besides Hollywood for a while and have some time to herself. The reason the paparazzi are following her right now is because she’s a hot topic since she is on tour and putting herself out there to promote her music. If she doesn’t like the industry, and the money it makes her, she should step back for a while. We know that acting and performing are things that Miley likes to do, and it stinks that paparazzi have no boundaries, but it comes with the job and sadly Miley complaining about it won’t do a whole lot.

I’m not content doing the same thing. I think all actors… no one’s content doing the same thing. You’re always broadening your horizons and exploring your limits. That’s what’s so much fun… I don’t want to do the same thing twice. I want to continue to grow because I’m just beginning. I feel very fortunate and very, very lucky and blessed. I’m very happy with where I’m at,” adds Vanessa. “But of course there is so much more that I want to tackle. That unrest is what will always keep us going… there’s no content; you’re always striving to do better. That’s what makes us creative people.
