Ozzy Osbourne Needs Surgery, Cancels Ozzfiesta:

The Riviera Maya, Mexico leg of Ozzfest, dubbed the Ozzfiesta, has been cancelled after organizers revealed that Ozzy Osbourne would undergo an unspecified surgery once the Black Sabbath singer's upcoming South American jaunt ends May 2nd. The Ozzfiesta was initially scheduled for May 27th at Riviera Maya's Hard Rock Hotel, but the procedure "requires at least four weeks of recovery time," the Ozzfiesta promoter Cool Breeze Concerts said in a statement.

Cool Breeze is offering refunds to people who planned on attending the fest or giving fans the option of still visiting the resort that weekend sans Ozzfiesta. The four-day festival was set to feature an acoustic set by Zakk Wylde, a Q&A session with Osbourne and his band, a Black Label Society concert, a Jim Norton standup set, a charity golf tournament and, most importantly, a headlining performance by Ozzy himself, Blabbermouth reports.

Osbourne is scheduled to visit South America starting April 25th for four Monsters of Rock festival gigs spread across Brazil and Argentina, after which time he'll undergo his surgery. Osbourne has a pair of Mexican concerts penciled in for Monterrey and Mexico City starting August 18th.

Osbourne and his Black Sabbath band mates Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler, along with producer Rick Rubin, are also at work on a follow-up to their 2013 reunion disc 13, with the heavy metal band promising that this will be their final LP. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame rockers have also booked a November 22nd gig at Ozzfest Japan, and while unverified reports state that the show is earmarked as Black Sabbath's final concert, a rep for the band could not confirm those rumors to Rolling Stone.

There was a time when it looked like Amazon wanted to become a destination for high-end fashion, but now that that goal is looking less attainable, the online retail giant may just acquire a destination instead.

According to a report in WWD, Amazon is in "ongoing talks" to buy Net-a-Porter, which could be valued at as much as €2 billion (about $2.2 billion). Reps from both parties declined to comment, and it's always possible that the talks could lead to nothing, but the deal would make sense for a few reasons.

Rumors have circulated since 2013 that Richemont, NaP's parent company, was looking to sell the luxury e-commerce and publishing company to focus on "hard luxury" businesses like fine jewelry and watches. NaP is Richemont's only business that does not actually produce goods, so it seems like an odd fit strategically.

Meanwhile, Amazon has been trying to get into the luxury fashion game for quite some time. After acquiring Shopbop in 2006 and flash sales site MyHabit in 2011, the retailer launched Amazon Fashion in 2012 and opened up studios to shoot fashion product images. However, a good chunk of the industry's more prominent luxury brands have steered clear of the massive retailer, perhaps seeing it as too downmarket. Neither of Amazon's other fashion retail properties has the luxury cache of Net-a-Porter.

Calvin Klein showcased the immense marketing power of social media when it cast Justin Bieber (alongside Lara Stone) in its spring 2015 campaign. Between the singer's massive following, the inclusion of the #mycalvins hashtag in the ads and all of the press attention, the label gained over 3 million followers on its various social channels. The American brand is clearly going ahead with this strategy, as it has chosen the very social media-savvy Kendall Jenner as the face of its new Calvin Klein Jeans Denim Series, a limited-edition line of athletic, logo-driven pieces that will make its debut at Opening Ceremony.

In the campaign, shot by Alasdair McLellan and styled by Melanie Ward, Jenner is featured with male model Simon Nessman wearing relaxed, streetwear-inspired clothes, with a decidedly downtown beauty look — wet, matted down hair, bold brows and clean skin. The 19-year-old was an active participant in the brand's wildly successful #mycalvins social media campaign, where she posted selfies in bed wearing nothing but — you guessed it — her Calvins. We're sure the hashtag will pick up plenty of steam once Jenner shares the news of her latest campaign with her 21.8 million Instagram fans.

The collection of sweatshirts, tees, denim and more will range in price from $58 - $348, and will be available to shop at Opening Ceremony on April 15 and on calvinklein.com on May 15. See Jenner's full campaign in the slideshow below.
