American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez has launched her own rendition of Bananarama’s ’80s hit “Venus” as part of her new campaign as the face legs Gillette Venus Razors!

The songstress — who is already a L’Oreal spokesmodel — is the new global brand ambassador for the brand. Lopez will help launch the Venus Goddess Fund for Education, which supports female empowerment through education and benefitting organizations like CARE International, the Step Up Women’s Network and her own Maribel Foundation. For every woman who logs on to GilletteVenus.com and shares their “Goddess Story,” a portion of the proceeds from the sale of Gillette’s Venus Razors will benefit the above named charities.
