Demi Lovato might be performing at the 2011 Teen Choice Awards, but we’re not 100% sure yet! All we know is that she is definitely on the list of celebs that will be showing up at the awards ceremony! The Teen Choice Awards Twitter @TeenChoiceGirl made the announcement, Tweeting:
