4 Outfits To Wear When It's Wet And Gross Outside, All For Under $100: Ugh, it's so gross out. There is snow. There is rain. It's freezing. And the last thing we want to do is get dressed. We'd much rather just stay in our pajamas all day. But unfortunately, our dress code at work isn't quite that lax, and we need to throw something on before heading out the door.

Light-colored pants are clearly out of the question (they're a magnet for rain splatter), and so are sneakers (they'd get soaked). So, how do you look chic in this weather?
