Victoria Beckham Covers Allure Magazine's March Issue, Looks Pretty "Natural" To Us: Victoria Beckham seems to have it all. From her adorable family, to a slew of successful clothing lines and collaborations, Posh Spice has plenty to be proud of. It turns out, however, that she has put in her fair share of hard work to get there.



The pop-star-turned-fashion-designer is the cover star of Allure Magazine's March issue and opens up about what it was like to live in LA, that gorgeous husband of hers, and the hands-on way she has achieved her goals:



"I was never a natural. I got there in the end because I did believe that if you work hard enough, then you can achieve a lot."




Some pretty sound advice from the "Woman Of The Decade," no?
