Jennifer Lawrence Covers 'Vanity Fair,' Speaks Out on Nude Photo Leak:

We've been feeling a bit overdue for a Jennifer Lawrence fashion fix, so we were thrilled when her November cover for Vanity Fair, shot by Patrick Demarchelier, hit the Internet on Tuesday morning. Not only does the Dior spokesmodel and "Hunger Games" star look stunning in the photos — the diamond collar and old Hollywood beauty look are on point — but she also took the opportunity to speak out for the first time about the nude photo leak that plagued her (and a number of fellow celebrities) late this summer. And, just as we figured she would, Lawrence handled the situation with grace and self-assurance, voicing her anger and likening the privacy breach to a sex crime.

"Just because I’m a public figure, just because I’m an actress, does not mean that I asked for this," she told the magazine. "It does not mean that it comes with the territory. It’s my body, and it should be my choice, and the fact that it is not my choice is absolutely disgusting. I can’t believe that we even live in that kind of world."

Lawrence continues on to explain (not that she needed to) why she didn't issue a public apology: "Every single thing that I tried to write made me cry or get angry. I started to write an apology, but I don’t have anything to say I’m sorry for." You go, girl.
