Who knew that Lily Aldridge, minus the skimpy lingerie and angel wings, plus some bangs, winged liner and actual clothing, equals the smoking hot, spitting image of Jane Birkin?

Apparently hairstylist Keith Carpetener knew it. He cut the Victoria's Secret Angel's chocolate coif for the November cover of Spanish magazine S Moda (via Fashion Gone Rogue), and in turn, transformed her into a Francophile's wet dream. Shot by David Roemer and styled by fashion director Chabela Garcia, Aldridge looks every bit the 1970s style icon in fur and matchy-matchy printed separates by Cavalli, Matthew Williamson, and Louis Vuitton. To stick with the theme... we dig it.

Watch your back, Alexa... it looks like you've got some new competition on your life-long quest to modern-day Birkin-dom.

Head to FGR for more of the spread.
