The show notes for Diane von Furstenberg's fall 2015 collection open with the statement, "By day she commands her world, by night she inspires fantasy... " (signed off by DVF, too, like her tweets.) Basically, the DVF girl for next fall is a "double agent" — masculine meets feminine and ready to be taken seriously by day and definitely have some fun at night. The show was, fittingly, set on a dark runway with an Eastern boudoir feel, further emphasized with sexy red backlighting for mood.

And, yes, Kendall Jenner opened the show, leading the pack in an ivory wool jersey wrap dress with a black ribbon belt, black polka dot tights and open toed platform pumps. The looks that followed fit the double agent agenda: a pinstripe vest and trouser suit set tempered with an ultra-fem pink printed blouse, a rugged-luxe fox fur denim parka layered over a floaty floral wrap dress, an elongated cobalt blue crepe suit with '80s-style ankle zips, a peekaboo red lace shirt dress with a contrast collar and a structured black blazer over a lace-paneled, cut-out romper.

The rest of the model lineup was just as star-studded: Malaika Firth, Binx Walton, Jessica Stam, Fei Fei Sun, Issa Lish, Anna Ewers, Hanne Gaby Odiele, Daria Strokous and Jourdan Dunn — all sauntering down the catwalk with naughty little smirks on their perfect faces.  The front row was full of friends of DVF and celebs, as well: Fran Lebowitz, Rachel Zoe, Coco Rocha, the ubiquitous Kesha, Estelle and vlogger Bethany Mota. "House of DVF" contestant/blogger Kier was also on hand, but taking pics from the third row. (Hopefully no eggs were sold for this trip to Fashion Week.) The show's season one winner and DVF brand ambassador, Brittany, was nowhere to be seen, but maybe she was backstage ordering famous models around.

Of course, the highlight of a DVF show is always when von Furstenberg comes out for her finale walk. This season, von Furstenberg walked out like a champ to the tune of Billy Joel classic, "Always a Woman to Me." The icon looked pretty damn hot (never change, DVF) in a flowy, lipstick and polka dot-printed shirt dress. As usual, she walked the entire way around the U-shaped runway, greeting all her admiring guests along the way.
