The Victoria's Secret stunner models some of the items, which feature her family crest, a swimming swan. Proceeds from the sales will go to benefit mothers2mothers, an organization dedicated to training mothers currently living with HIV to work with healthcare providers to peer-educate other HIV+ mothers and mothers-to-be. "Not only was I able to explore my creativity, but also garner attention and support for an organization that saves lives and empowers women and mothers-to-be," said 26-year-old Candice.
