It’s the end of an era! After nearly 20 years in the business, the world’s highest-paid supermodel, Gisele Bündchen, is reportedly stepping off the catwalk…for good!
According to a new report by Moda Estadão, the 34-year-old supermodel is retiring from the runway after a final walk in the Colcci show during São Paulo Fashion Week next month. The Brazilian beauty has walked in numerous shows for the brand throughout her modeling career, including their most recent show this past November.
The former Victoria’s Secret model, who retired her Angel wings in 2007, isn’t calling it quits entirely though. As one of the world’s most sought-after faces, the super will allegedly still take part in campaigns and fashion spreads, which means we still have plenty of beautiful Bundchen moments to look forward to, despite her semi-retirement.
Still, in light of the recent news, we can’t help but feel a little nostalgic for the Brazilian super’s golden runway days.
