We are looking for a motivated and experienced managing stylist to help us launch our first New York showroom. This is a very unique opportunity to showcase your talent and help grow the White Runway presence in the US market. The right candidate must have experience in fashion and styling, have a positive personality, a can-do attitude and be able to demonstrate both creative flair and financial acumen. You must have top-notch customer service skills and be able to empathise with the customer. You love working with people and thrive in a fast paced and fun environment. We are looking for someone special who will be able to take on responsibility, exceed customer expectations and provide a fantastic experience for our customers.

The right candidate must be reliable, honest, trustworthy and possess:

  • Experience in fashion retail
  • Management experience
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Financial acumen
  • Knowledge of clothing, materials and fit
  • A friendly and positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent sales skills
Responsibilities include:

  1. Implementing promotional and sales strategies
  2. Visual merchandising
  3. Roster management
  4. Recruitment and managing of staff and budgets
  5. Performance management
  6. Customer service & styling
