Miley Cyrus is set to bring her music on an International Concert Tour this year! The 2011 tour will begin in Quito, Ecuador on April 29, 2011 at Estadio Olimpico Atahualpa then Miley will head to a show in Lima, Peru on May 1, 2011 at Explanada del Monumental.
Those are the only two dates of the tour that have been confirmed so far, but many more tour dates are expected to be announced soon!
Although, according to a source Miley will most likely not be bringing the new concert tour to any venues in the United States. Bummer!

Disney star Chelsea Kane, who currently voices the character Bea on the animated series “Fish Hooks,” is following in her Disney co-star Kyle Massey’s footsteps and trying her hand at ABC’s “Dancing With The Stars” competition show this season. Kyle competed last season with dance partner Lacey Schwimmer and Chelsea’s partner this season is Mark Ballas.
On March 21, 2011 Chelsea and Mark opened the show with a Foxtrot dance and ended up placing third for the night in terms of judges scores. Watch Chelsea and Mark’s routine in the video below and let us know how far in the competition you think the duo will get!
The Jonas Brothers performed at the 2011 Concert For Hope on March 20, 2011 and Nick Jonas made a special tribute to artist Rebecca Black by covering part of her popular song “Friday.” Rebecca has been in the news a lot lately ever since her music video for her single dropped and people can’t seem to get enough! While many think that Rebecca’s song and video aren’t the greatest, she has gotten a ton of attention from them and the song is catchy enough that people can’t seem to get it out of their heads!

Justin Bieber revealed during an interview with The Sun that he would love to play the character Oliver Twist in a new remake of the film. Here’s what Justin had to say about how the place he grew up would help him with the part in the movie:
That place was really dirty. We had mousetraps everywhere because there were mouses – uh, mice – in the house. I didn’t have a real bed. I slept on a blue pull-out couch in my room. We didn’t have anything in the fridge, except maybe luncheon meat for school and macaroni and cheese. I’d love to play Oliver Twist.

The 30-city tour kicks off at the Mall of America today where the characters from “Cars 2” will appear as life-sized remote-controlled models for fans in an umber of different cities, including:

Last night some of the swimsuit models, Irina among them, appeared on 'The Late Show with David Letterman' to do the top ten list. On his show Monday night, Letterman revealed the billboard of the cover near Times Square...except that the taping happened in the afternoon, and a nearby office worker had already taken a photo and tweeted it. See that story below. But when the taping happened and it was still a surprise, Shayk burst into tears.

Spider-Man's future gives a nod to its past.
Sony Pictures announced the title of the new Spider-Man movie today, revealing that the series reboot will be called 'The Amazing Spider-Man.' That's the name of the original comic book (well, after Spider-Man debuted in Amazing Fantasy #15), and it's appropriate, because the film will take viewers back to Peter Parker's early days as the wall crawler.
Andrew Garfield will play the geeky Parker and conflicted, guilt-ridden Spider-Man (whom he had to bulk up to portray), while Emma Stone will play Gwen Stacey, his high school girlfriend (before he dated the iconic Mary Jane). The film is being directed by Marc Webb. Shooting has already begun.

Did Rihanna rip off famed photographer David LaChapelle in her new music video for "S&M"? He says she did -- eight times over.
The photographer, known for his work in magazines such as Rolling Stone, is suing the popstar for appropriating and copying his work in her new video, alleging that there are eight sequences in the video that steal from his well known photographs.
According to the Daily Mail, LaChapelle's suit says that Rihanna's video copied the 'composition, total concept, feel, tone, mood, theme, colors, props, settings, decors, wardrobe and lighting' of his photographs, including key scenes such as her latex outfit, her walking of a security guard (which is nearly identical, he said, to his 2002 photograph for Vogue), and newspaper inspired outfit.
LaChapelle had nothing to do with the video, and his staff said that they were entirely surprised when it came out.
'Interns told us that fans were buzzing about the video and wanting to know if David had directed it,' a LaChapelle employee told RadarOnline.com. 'Then the phone in the office started ringing off the hook, everyone was like 'wow it's amazing - it's the exact same.''

Let's begin with model Kate Upton, age 18. According to the Sports Illustrated website, Kate Upton 'is a Midwest native who always dreamed of being a model. MTV's new teen drama 'Skins' has caused a stir by pushing child pornography laws and airing a teen lesbian love scene, and now several cast members have stripped down to lingerie for a feature in Elle on wearing 'innerwear as outerwear.'
The Parents Television Council got up in arms when members of the 'Glee' cast, who only play teenagers on TV, stripped for a recent GQ shoot, so they might be less than pleased to see actual teens pose in their underwear.

Lady Gaga is taking her act to HBO.
The quirky costume-lovin’ pop star, who scooped three prizes for her Fame Monster disc at Sunday’s 2011 Grammy Awards, has teamed up with the cable network in a deal that will see the station televise her upcoming homecoming concerts in New York. The “Love Game” star’s Monster Ball Tour stop at New York’s Madison Square Garden on Feb. 21 and Feb. 22 will be taped for an HBO special this spring. Celebrity choreographer Laurieann Gibson, largely responsible for directing many of Gaga’s chatworthy music videos, will direct the concert event.
“Lady Gaga is the single most exciting music talent on the scene today. We’re especially thrilled that she’ll be creating unique new elements for the special that will make the show an even more memorable experience for our viewers,” HBO Entertainment’s Sue Naegle said Tuesday.
Lady Gaga Presents: The Monster Ball Tour airs May 7 on HBO. The singer’s hotly-awaited release, Born This Way, is set to debut just two weeks later.

It’s a big week over at Billboard — and an even bigger one for devoted Little Monsters and card-carrying Gleeks.
This week, the cast of FOX’s award-winning TV comedy Glee have topped rock ‘n roll pioneer Elvis Presley for artist with the most hits on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, this while outre pop star Lady Gaga landed the 1000th Hot 100 No. 1 spot less than a week after releasing her new anthem, “Born This Way.” The title track from Gaga’s forthcoming disc, dropping May 23, made music history Wednesday by shooting straight to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 song chart to become the 1,000th top song in the list’s 52-year history.
“It is a tremendous honor,” Gaga tells Billboard of the milestone. “To be the 1000th no. 1 on Billboard…I would be silly not to say this is the greatest honor of my career. I am so humbled and so honored and overwhelmed by the reception to ‘Born This Way.’ [It] has been so life changing for me as an artist, and between Billboard and the international number ones and the radio numbers…I couldn’t be more blessed to have the fans that I have.”
Just 18 months after lodging its first chart success, the smash hit show has set the record for most songs on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in the chart’s 52-year history. The Emmy-winning series has 113 songs in total on the chart, giving them five more than Elvis Presley who falls to second place with 108. She’s such a tease that Britney Spears!
With little more than 24 hours to go until the premiere of her new music video for “Hold It Against Me” (HIAM), the pop star has released a 30-second teaser video, which give us a look at shots from the set of the promo. The full video is expected to premiere this Thursday, Feb. 17, just moments before the start of MTV’s Jersey Shore (9:55 PM).
“HIAM” is the lead single from Spears’ seventh studio album Femme Fatale, debuting March 29. The new disc will be the follow-up to 2008’s platinum-selling Circus.

Well – it’s been a while since we’ve heard anything about MTV’s controversial teen drama Skins, but it seems
the network is once again toying with the hopes of giving the Parents Television Council (PTC) a coronary after it allowed several of the show’s young stars — ranging in age from 15-19 — to be photographed in their underwear for a racy new photospread in the March issue of Elle Magazine.
Six of the show’s stars demonstrate “one of spring’s key trends: innerwear as outerwear” in a feature called “After-School Special.”
The New York Daily News writes: “Half of the pictures show the cast members in various pieces of lingerie and underwear, while in the other half, they each wear additional clothing to show ‘how simple — and chic’ — it can be to turn your underthings into double-duty showpieces.”
The PTC, a media watchdog group, has already blasted the series’ content and has requested a government probe into potential violations of child pornography charges, prompting at least six advertisers to rip support from the show. The organization now says it’s just as bothered by the Skins Elle flicks as it was last November, when scandal ensued over similar snaps, featuring three stars of FOX’s Glee posing provocatively for GQ Magazine.
“We had concerns about the GQ photo shoot of ‘Glee,’ even though [that cast] was over the age of 19, because they were presenting themselves as high schoolers,” says Melissa Henson, the Director of Communications and Public Education for the Parents Television Council. “With this, even though the poses are less provocative, the fact that they have these underage girls wearing lingerie is troubling. It does contribute to the problem we’re seeing increasingly, sexualizing young girls.”
Elle’s editor-in-chief Robbie Myers responded to the PTC in a counter-statement.
“Innerwear as outerwear has been a trend for decades, and Joe Zee’s point was to make what the actors wear on their show more fashion, less vulgar. The content of Skins is infinitely more racy than anything we’d have them do. And we had the blessing of their parents: they were at the shoot.”

No one on the corner has swagger like Justin Bieber — and the teen’s killer bangs and smile-inducing style will soon by the subject of a new elective course.
The University of Western Ontario — the four-year institution where the Canadian-born teen sensation once expressed interest in enrolling — is developing a program with subject matter inspired by Bieber’s “swagger,” according to Michael Wilson, a representative from university gossip site Room110.com, which is funding the new program.
“The new program, titled, ‘Swaggerific Like Justin Bieber,’ will educate individuals to learn how to carry themselves with swagger like Canadian pop star Justin Bieber, and further teach them about the sociology behind having swag, and what swag exactly is.”
Swaggerific is open to all Western Ontario students. Class is in session this summer.

She even designed a lipstick and lip gloss, with all proceeds benefitting HIV/AIDS research. The condom ensemble, Gaga says, is her way of encouraging her fans (and the rest of us) not to wave our privates around without the safety on.
“Today was a latex condom inspired outfit because we had to talk about safe sex,” the “Born This Way” singer told GMA’s Robin Roberts. “I really wanted to, head-to-toe, be representative of what we women and people all over the world need to be concerned about which is the leading cause of death in women all around the world which is HIV,” she continued.
“I know my fans very well and they think it’s cool to be aware about sex, aware about the world and aware about things like HIV and AIDS and protecting themselves.”

It’s a boy! On Thursday, rocker Rod Stewart, 66, and his wife Penny Lancaster, 39, have welcomed their second son together – and Rod’s eighth child in total.
After trying to conceive naturally with little success for two years, they decided to seek help from fertility experts. Baby Aiden was born on Wednesday, weighing in at 7 lbs, 12 oz.
“Mother and baby are healthy and blissfully happy,” a rep for the couple told PEOPLE this afternoon.
Penny and Rod have a five-year-old son, Alistair. Rod’s other children are Kimberley, 30, and Sean, 29, with his first wife Alana Hamilton. He also has Ruby, 23, by model Kelly Emberg and Renee, 18, and Liam, 16, by his second wife — model Rachel Hunter. His eldest daughter, Sarah, now 46, was born when Rod was only 19 and adopted at age 4. (They reunited several years ago…)
Aiden will be the final addition to the rock icon’s brood.
“One more and then we’re going to close the office,” he told British chat show GMTV in November.
