There's a reason some models are referred to as "super," and one of those qualifications seems to be staying power. Coco Rocha (who just announced on Monday that she's expecting her first child) and Sasha Pivovarova are two women whose careers have spanned over a decade, and who have dozens of memorable editorials to their names — one of which appears in the October 2014 issue of Vogue Italia.

Shot by Steven Meisel, who has worked with both models on numerous occasions, the shoot is a lesson in simplicity: The black and white shots are classically beautiful, and the styling (by Karl Templer) highlights the best knitwear of the season layered to perfection and topped off with black head wraps.

While the shots are gorgeous, they're also a little familiar, recalling a Sept. 2007 Vogue U.S. shoot Meisel did with Rocha, Pivovarova and more to celebrate Pat McGrath's work. The ladies are seen wearing similar caps, and Pivovarova is wrapped in the coziest looking sweaters of all time in both shoots. They're not kidding when they say fashion is cyclical, are they?

You can watch a behind-the-scenes video from the more recent shoot, which also stars Aymeline Valade, Karlie Kloss and Lexi Boling, over at Vogue Italia.
