Rep. David Moore of Montana introduced a bill Tuesday that could extend the state's indecent exposure law to include banning shirts that expose a person's nipples as well as pants that accentuates one's buttocks, and apparently that includes yoga pants. Jet, an online membership-only wholesale club, has raised $140 million in a funding round led by Bain Capital Ventures with participation from investors including Google Ventures and Thrive Capital. The money should help accelerate the development of the startup, which only profits off an annual membership fee in order to keep product prices down for customers. {Fashionista Inbox}
