On Tuesday night in the nation's capital, singer Ciara slid her body into a fine silk dress and attended a state dinner at the White House in honor of Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and his wife, Akie Abe.
The gown, designed by American designer Walter Mendez, leaves no doubt that Ciara's body is flawless. In the photo, you can make out the shape of her torso — you can even see the indent of her belly button — and a not-insignificant amount of side boob. She looks amazing, yes, but whether the dress was best suited for a White House dinner or a more informal event like the Grammys is debatable. Ciara's boyfriend, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, certainly looks pleased with himself, however.
